My girlfriend and I were out looking for a handbag for her mom. We walked into Coach and Jason helped us out so much. He was super knowledgeable about the pricing app, the products, and pretty much anything we asked about. Jason was super friendly, easy to talk to, and was much more effective(we bought the bag at Coach) than any other sales associates we talked to all weekend while we were out shopping! The store was super clean, smelled nice, and although it was a major sale weekend, everything was presented well and I noticed people continuously straightening up the shelves.
Ordered online and waited over two weeks for my items to arrive. I needed them for travel. I jumped through their "policy" hoops for re-shipping and am told the best they can offer is 2-5 business days. These items will not arrive before I leave town. Very disappointed after 2+ hours on the phone and following their policy that I have to wait almost another business week. Will not order from the Coach Outlet again. Lesson learned.
The customer service I received here was exceptional. The cashier, sales people, store manager, and security were all friendly and helpful. There was a hidden sensor in a bag I purchased that had already been wrapped as a gift. The manager was super apologetic as she searched my package for the sensor, but she also took the time to rewrap the gift even better than it originally was. It's never a pleasant or convenient experience to get searched, but they took a potentially frustrating situation and made it tolerable. I could also see how the sensor was missed by the cashier as it was in a deep crevice of the bag.
Jason is a phenomenal salesman who knows his product and is far too advanced for his role at the store. He should definitely be promoted to store manager in the least. Gorgeous products, displayed well, and great selection!
